Using Gelish Xpress Dip Powder is a breeze. First, prep your nails as you normally would. Then, apply a base coat. Next, dip your nails into the powder and tap off the excess. Apply an activator, and repeat the dip and activator steps until you get your desired color intensity. Finally, finish with a top coat.
