You can choose 'Medium' for a softer effect or 'Strong' for an extremely intense result. It offers a semi - permanent makeup effect, making your brows look fuller. To use this product, first attach RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Eye protection papers with Skin Protection Cream and Eye Mask. Then, you can optionally apply the Intense Eyebrow Intensifying Primer in either Strong or Medium only to your eyebrows. Leave it on for 4 minutes and then remove it with a dry Q - tip. Next, apply the Base Gel and leave it on for 2 minutes, then remove with a dry Q - tip. After that, apply the Activator Gel and leave it on for 1 minute, removing it with a moist cotton ball. Please note that this is only an optional step for eyebrow tinting. Don't mix the Intensifying Primer and Base Gel. This product is for professional use only.
