To use this device, first wash and clean the area you want to treat. Then attach the power supply and plug it into a wall outlet. Turn on the device. Place the device head about 0.25 feet from the skin over the treatment area. Leave the light on the area for at least 14 minutes without moving or waving the device. Move to the next treatment area and repeat. When done, press the power button to turn it off. Use it daily for the best results. The unit will automatically shut off if it gets too hot.
