Then, add two thin coats of the nail lacquer, allowing each layer to dry completely before applying the next. Finish with a top coat. The ingredients include Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, and more, and may also contain various colourants like Red 6, Red 7, and others.
