The brush has over 600 bristles that spread out nicely on your nail, so you can apply the polish evenly and precisely. You don't need to use a base coat or a top coat; this is an all - in - one product. Apply 2 - 3 thin coats for the best color payoff, letting each coat dry before applying the next.
