Using your Gelish Xpress Dip Powder is easy. First, make sure your nails are clean and dry. Apply the base coat to your nails. Then, dip your nails into the 'I Or - chid You Not' dip powder. You can repeat this process for a more intense color. After that, apply the activator to set the powder. Keep doing this until you get your desired look. Finally, finish with a top coat.
