Using this Gelish Xpress Dip Nail Powder is a breeze. First, prep your nails as you normally would - clean them, file them to your desired shape, and push back the cuticles. Then, apply a base coat. Next, dip your nails into the powder - make sure to cover the entire nail evenly. After that, apply the activator to set the powder.
